Classifier of the type of figure in women

   The type of physique is laid down genetically and each type has its own hormonal background. Against this background, a preference is formed for certain tastes, and, accordingly, for the food menu. In women, unlike men, due to physiological processes associated with, for example, childbirth, often the shape of the body changes, but the type of physique is maintained throughout life.    

  Therefore, today it is possible to properly balance the diet of each type to maintain the hormonal background of each woman in a normal state and avoid metabolic disorders that can lead to various diseases, including obesity.

Brief description of five types of female figure:

  • "Triangle" : the girth of the chest is significantly less than the girth of the thighs, with a thin waist,         20-30 cm less in volume than the hips.

  • "Inverted triangle" : chest girth greater than or equal to hip girth, waist relatively thin. At the same time visually the shoulders are noticeably wider than the hips, buttocks are flat.

  • Hourglass: The girth of the chest is approximately equal to the girth of the thighs, and the waist is much smaller. The difference can be 20-30 cm.

  • "Apple" : the volume of the chest is much wider than the volume of the thighs, while the girth of the waist and hips are not very different. Visually, the waist and abdomen stand out. At the same time the legs are thin and long.

  • "Rectangle" : the girth of the chest is approximately equal to the girth of the thighs, the waist does not stand out much. It can be already 10-15 cm.
